The story
Sat Bains opened his restaurant on the outskirts of Nottingham in 2002, won the city’s first Michelin star the following year and a second in 2011. Run with his wife Amanda, it was named the UK’s best restaurant by SquareMeal in 2025 — and still holds two stars today.
What we made
Sat approached EAT PR for a new website banner, and EAT PR brought us in. We spent a day at the restaurant, filming in the flow of a live service to capture it at its best — the kitchen, the dining room and the team in full swing.
